Erick is a results-driven expert with a distinguished career in cybersecurity, specializing in solution selling, risk advisory, and technical enablement. He helps clients address security and regulatory gaps, ensuring alignment with industry frameworks like CIS Controls, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Over the past 16+ years, Erick has cultivated relationships across a broad spectrum of clients. For the last 7 years, he has worked with SMBs, Mid-Market, Enterprise, MSPs, and MSSPs. His deep understanding of cybersecurity, identity, and compliance solutions has enabled him to drive sales success in both domestic and international markets.
Erick has led and mentored teams of Account Executives (AEs), Account Managers (AMs), and Sales Engineers (SEs). Developed and executed structured 30-60-90-day plans to accelerate growth in cybersecurity sales.
His ability to articulate complex security solutions through his hybrid sales methodology encompassing Sandler, SPIN, BANT, and MEDDIPICC has consistently resulted in exceeding sales targets and delivering value-driven security solutions.
Erick holds numerous certifications and his knowledge enables him to assess, advise, implement, and enhance security frameworks that protect organizations from cyber threats. Erick’s proficiency in securing digital infrastructures, monitoring potential threats, mitigating vulnerabilities, and enforcing robust authentication measures makes him a valuable asset in the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity.

Erick is an active member of CAMI (Cybersecurity Association of Maryland). Erick serves as a Security & Risk Advisor to local Small/Medium Businesses. He is recognized by leaders in both startups and global enterprises, he excels in technical enablement, GTM strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Development teams.
Outside of cybersecurity Erick is a passionate sailor, rower, and hiker, with activities that reflect his love for endurance and strategic problem-solving. His military background, coupled with his dedication to technology and security, continues to drive his mission of helping organizations navigate the complex cybersecurity landscape.
